I orders a bounce house from another company about a month ago and I called the day before. NO ANSWER! the day of I get a call 1 hour before my party and the guy is very rude with me. He then tells me It would take 2 hours to drop off the bounce house. INSTEAD!!!! I call this company, which was very professional with me on the phone. he was apologetic of my situation and managed to get a bounce house out to me within 45 minutes. To say the least ....
