I have had bad experiences with this place and by talking to other hispanic people living in this park they have also experienced the same. \t\nThe management there is very rude when you talk to them they do not know how to get talk to people. They try to look down at hispanic. \t\nOne of the management people there even has a boyfriend that lives in the park who walks around with a beer can. You can see them walk around the park together. \t\nThey both have it out with Hispanics, when you try to apply for residency they give all hispanics a hard time. I have talking to one lady that is trying for more than a year to sell her mobile home and every time a hispanic person goes to the office for paperwork and information these 2 ladies from the office get an attitude. \t\nI do not recomend this mobilehome park to hispanics. Maybe they need to consider hireing a hispanic person to work in the office. This park is made of 80% hispanics.
