The apt mngr never enforces the rules in the lease- I have complained on the neighbors almost ten times now for noise violations AND we have only lived here for five months! the last complaint i made she had the nerve to tell ME to go knock on their door next time theyre loud!! Im sorry, but why should i have to do your job?! she also took 4 months to replace our damaged screen door and we still have a half painted staircase outside our door since we moved in five months ago. Management does not keep its promises. Maintenance is only done if you park yourself in the office and make a nuisance of your self. Otherwise your requests will be politely ignored. Things are allowed to deteriorate. The real irony is that you may lose some of your deposit money because of items that were promised to be fixed when you move in and they were never attended to.
