Be warned, if you have any sort of problem with this business, not only will the employees (Jason in particular) not let you speak to the manager, they won't even tell you his name. Even after I called corporate and left a message there for the franchise owner to call me back (with assurances that he would do so within 72 hours at the latest), I NEVER heard from him. Unlike the Aaron's in Vallejo (who had no problem giving me the name of their Manager and District Manager, along with phone numbers for them), the Fairfield store is a franchise, NOT part of the larger Aaron's chain. So if they rip you off, you will have NO recourse, and will not even be able to speak to the manager of the store. I highly recommend making the drive the Vallejo.
