Jeff from Digital Realms visited my home in late May after I ended up getting infected by several worms and trojans. Jeff had my machine for less than 24 hours and all was cleaned up and all was running back to normal. Ultimately, you want to utilize these technologies to increase sales. If you don't think that these technological aspects will bring you new customers, it may not yet be time to invest in them.
