Actually I dont think they should have any stars!!!!! I have bought thousands and thousands of dollars worth of merchandice and to be treated they way I was treated is not right. Yes i have been late on my payments at times but they did get there money before the end of the month. Things happen, but they did get their money. I had one payment left on a item just one payment of $36.00 they could not wait untill the next day when i got paid they came out picked up the item for one night i went the next day paid it off and had them bring it back wasted their time my time gas etc. I will never rent from them again and i will tell everyone i know what a big joke they are.
