I asked TWO people about this, Joey Gonzales and David Hernandez. I told both the story that I had once before when buying a car and having it delivered to Arizona only to find out that the dealership did not give me all the paper work I needed to register the car at the motor vehicle. They both assured me that would not happen. IT DID HAPPEN! I think it was because neither one of them knew what paper work was necessary even as they both told me that they sell cars to people out of state a lot.
