Buyer and sellers beware! This inspector is over-zealous and seeks out imaginary problems. I have had real estate agents who have been in the business for over 20 years tell me they have never seen such a ridiculous and discombobulated mess of an inspection. I hired the Vice President of CREIA (California Real Estate Inspection Association) to go over his mess of an inspection and do his own investigation. You would think you were talking about two different homes! Buyers and sellers beware! This man is a deal killer. The funny thing is, he didn't find or report actual problems that ARE legitimate within my home. He was in my 4000 sq foot home for over six hours! SIX HOURS!
