Box 469046 Escondido, CA 92046-9046 ATTENTION: Richard Gillard, Account Representative I only authorized three (3) payments to be drafted from my bank account with Wachovia, account number 1000315667153, and they were for October 2008, November 2008, and December 2008. These were the only months that you were authorized to draft my checking account. Yet you still continue drafting my account without my permission. I demand that you return the unauthorized drafts back to my bank account for January and February 2009, and never draft my account again. This letter serves as NOTICE to you that you are never allowed to draft my banking account any time in the future. If you do not STOP IMMEDIATELY, I will seek legal action against you .
