Came here today, so I saw that they close at 7:00pm so I got off work @5:30 so I called to see if I got there @ 6:00pm if they could do an oil change for me, the guy who answered the phone said yeah I don't see why that would be a problem. I arrived & 5:58 and the guy at the front told me he can't help me and to come in tomorrow,I though the customer was always right... Guess not at this business. I really do like this chain as they have good deals on oil changes and service is usually good besides some locations. When you tell a customer one thing over the phone stick to it. Now I'm 15-20 miles out of the way and 100 miles over my oil change limit this is ridiculous. I hope the manager of this location can learn from this mistake, and if he or anyone else at this business makes the decision to reach out to me to correct this issue, I'll be willing to update this review ...read more

So I decided to drive up north from where I work. I arrived & 5:58 and the guy at the front told me he can't help me and to come in tomorrow, #1 I needed to stay around the area I worked as I have friends in that area and would have been convenient for me to stay in that area, now I drove up north for no reason at all "wasting my gas" #2 if you tell a customer something over the phone you can't change your mind once they get there... I though the customer was always right... Guess not at this business. I really do like this chain as they have good deals on oil changes and service is usually good besides some locations. SO TO MY FELLOW YELPERS IF YOU VALL THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY SORT OF INFORMATION DONT EXPECT IT TO BE THE SAME ONCE YOU ARRIVE IN PERSON. I hope the manager of this location can learn from this mistake, and if he or anyone else at this business makes the decision to reach out to me to correct this issue, I'll be willing to update this review possibly remove it as like I said earlier they do provide good service and good prices when they do decide to provide me with service.
