Worst escrow company based on my personal opinion to do business with. very rude which goes out from the owner all the way down to the escrow officer and the receptionist. very unprofessional, un-knowledgeable and zero customer service. I have been burnt by them and lost over 10s of thousand of dollars because they screwed up my deals and never closed on 2 out of 3 of them. I am glad it did not happen because they did the escrow instructions wrong. On top of that, they charge 3 times the normal rate for closing an escrow and try to take advantage of people if you don't know.
