Chuck Gerson breaks every law in order to get what he wants and knows it too. He enters your house without any notice and when I challenged it, he served us an official notice in writing that he would continue to enter WITHOUT 24 hour notice. He's been in my house, opened locked doors, and I've found him wandering my backyard. He knows that what he does is wrong because he suddenly understood the word "No" when he was contacted by an attorney. That is the extent that you need to go with him, which he takes advantage of because most college students definitely do not have access to legal council. Chuck would often come to our house unannounced and either enter if we were not home or demand to be let in and to show the house if someone was home. When I told him no he threw a fit and said he sent a letter notifying us that he was going to come in. Well, he may have sent a letter but it probably went next door because he could never remember our address. Even our lease had the wrong house address on it. He seems like he is always on some sort of drug as he is extremely crazy. He claimed he never got some checks from us even though I would send all the checks in the same envelope. Don't even get near him. He comes unannounced, sublets illegally, threatens eviction over tiny disagreements, cuts every corner you can imagine and hasn't done his actual job once. He takes advantage of students who don't know the law or their rights and who are in no economic state to stand up to him.
