6/04/10 had an appointment with Zarah at 4:00 PM for a haircut and color. She called me at 3:30 to see if I could come in earlier, I came in at 3:45 PM. She talked me into getting highlights, which I had been thinking about. She had to first color my hair to color the gray, it was 7:00 PM and she still had not started the highlight process or cut my hair. She had me under the dryer drying my hair while she was coloring and highlighting other customers. When she came to get me I was hungry tired and my eyes were dry (I wear contacts), I told her I was just going to go home, she said no I am ready now so I let her highlight my hair, I wanted subtle red highlights (my hair is dark). I left the salon at 8:55 PM and she still had not cut my hair and my hair was red. I went back the next day on Sunday so she could add more brown to my hair and to cut it.
