Definitely a case of wishing I could give zero stars!\t\n\t\nWe bought a house in the Palm Springs area and after moving in discovered that a window A/C unit and the evaporative cooler were non-functional. Called the home warranty company and they dispatched Quality Mechanical Professionals. And that's when the saga began. So far we've had outright lies, misdirection, incompetence, slow response, no response and a litany of other actions that give total lie to the name ""Quality"" and ""Professional"".\t\n\t\nNever, ever, ever use this company for anything more advanced than turning on a ceiling fan.\t\n\t\nBottom line? We've been in the house for almost 6 weeks after placing the service call and we neither have the new A/C unit or the repaired evap cooler. And to make it more lovely the temperature here in the desert has been between 105 and 110 since moving in.\t\n\t\nI hate these people. ...read more
