The worse place ever. The front desk people are super rude and disrespectful. I had to wait for 6 weeks to get an appointment. They then charged me $50 just to hear "well, you need to make another appointment as we can't do anything now." The "doctor's" clothes were incredibly dirty. Another IFT company with a BAD reputation that goes ALL THE WAY BACK TO BALTIMORE! What is funny here, is the fact that the owner named the ambulance sevice after the owner he worked for in Baltimore, MD. In Baltimore, the Owner ELIYAHU ROSENBLOOM and the owner of E R Ambulance II, located in El Cajon, had numerous assault charges against each other, and domestic disturbance/violence charges. One week one was fighting... the next it was the owner. Looks to be all of the violence was over a girl who ran the business for this Eliyahu Rosenbloom. Her name was Jennifer R. Lynn. WAIT!!! THIS GETS BETTER!!!! So the guy that owns E R Ambulance II, packs his bags and moves to San Diego... Starts an "E R Ambulance" in El Cajon... Seems that the reason the company in Baltimore was named "E R," is because the owner initials are E=Eliyahu R=Rosenbloom!!! The same guy he has been fighting with. Regarding service Quality... well this guy is giving away free wheelchair services, and invoicing facilities and telling the administrators not to pay their bill... WOW!!! Every facility where he has started his services at has bailed out of their PPS agreement because the service has been soooo bad! The predecessor in Baltimore, MD has had its licensing pulled by the Maryland Ambulance Licensing board. E R Ambulance & medical Transport LLC is OUT OF BUSINESS in MD.... Maybe thats why Mr Silva is here... Remember folks.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!! THE Ghost Medic has warned all of you... The "GhostMedic" of San Diego WELL I'm Back to hold them all accountable...! (well maybe) You wanted more???? Well I have more to give ya!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhh ha,.ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha! Seems that in 2003, there were (3) "brothers" in Baltimore, Maryland (Eliyahu, Ephey and Rafael). They all grew up together and started an ambulance service, and in less than one year after they began... they were put outta business for choosing NOT to obey the RULES!!! ( as if that is a surprise, especially in San Diego). The name of the company was E R Ambulance. Amazing how these people get around... Almost like a racketeer.... The funny thing is the G-MEN just put 111 outta biz for ripping Grandma off for 225 MILLION BUCKS!!!! According to the stuff I read from Maryland, they were suspended for NOT having licensed personnel on their ambulance. The suspension was temporary, But instead of sitting it out and biding their time, **Nooooooo ! ** These clowns decided to operate without a license ...Of any kind... And started transporting patients in violation of the original court order. This stunk worse than a skunk that had been struck by a car 10 days ago !!! Here is the SAD IRONY!!!! If the County EMS Agency that Governs Ambulance Services in San Diego County had just made ONE (1) UNO phone call to Maryland.... **State Office of Commercial Ambulance Licensing and Regulation** This all could've been avoided and Lots of Medicare dollars could have been..... NAHHHHHH.... Only fooling myself. They are a symptom of a MUCH LARGER PROBLEM. Does anyone have the hotline number to the Office of the Inspector General??? Better yet, Lets just let it all go and start over again. What do you think? Obama-Care is looking more likely... And you thought the "AIG Insurance / Real Estate Market / Auto Industry collapse-that-put-us-all-in-a-damned-depression-that-they-said-could-never-happen-ever-again" was a scandal... the HOSPITALS and NURSING HOMES have been doing it for YEARS!!!!! This place is horrible! They never call you back when you leave a message for an appointment, they talk loudly about patients personal health information, they play the recorded telephone messages on speaker, which the whole waiting room can hear. Cleanliness is the last thing on their agenda, and you will probably get an attitude from a doctor, who barely speaks english, because you keep asking them to repeat what they said.
