Frank waited on me and explained everything that needed to be done. I was going to wait for the car and he said they would try to have it done in 2 hrs or less. I went across the street for breakfast and was only back about 45 mins and the car was ready. It was done in under 2 hrs. I will be back to this dealership for service. ...read more

Ignition key to Nissan rental car missing- No replacement unless car attached to Nissan computer to code the new ignition key. Car had to be towed to service department at dealership while I was on business travel. Service Manager was so helpful, quick, efficient, and he offered me and then the Manager at Enterprise rental the opportunity to have a keyless entry fob made while the car was connected to the computer at the dealership as Enterprise only gave me the renter a single key. I had to open car doors by walking around. Trunk also had to be opened with key and kept setting off the car alarm at the hotel and at the hospital where I was working. Keyless entry would have solved all problems. Enterprise declined although there was significant savings in doing both while the car was on the computer. I dropped the car off with the new single key to frustrate the next renter, the next day and traveled home. Thank you Downey Nissan. ...read more
