I am most pleased to write this recommendation for the Flower Box in Dinuba, CA. I called the Flower Box from out of state to order flowers in advance of my mother’s funeral. I provided the Flower Box with my; color preferences, some flower choices, a dollar amount, and the cemetery's address. I placed an order for flowers for my sister’s funeral over the phone. I ordered a spray of white and pink roses and authorized a total expenditure of $150. What was delivered was a spray of pink and white carnations and a couple of sad looking lilies. My credit card was charged $175. When I called for an explanation they cited previously unmentioned additional charges and insisted they had delivered a spray of white roses? If they were unable to deliver the order I had requested they should have declined the order. Any number of other florists could have done it.
