Larry forced the turning of my backwash value and broke off the handle. I called him to fix a problem with the pool heater so he didn't even need to be turning it and refuses to fix it! He took the handle with him and hasn't returned it. Doesn't answer my text messages. So now I have to buy a new stem ($50) and handle ($15). Don't use! ...read more
