Their driver ripped me off. According to the driver my insurance didnt cover more than a 5 mile radius to tow. And I had to pay everything up front. Mind me he was trying to charge me $550 to take my car to the dealership. I had full coverage ins. We agreed to take my car to the yard for $200, everything would he paid, overnight stay and no fee to take out of the yard and a ride included. He also said that he would take me in his car to buena park, ca that is the place where I wanted my car to he taken. 45 min away. We agreed. I called me ins the following morning. The driver told my car ins that he gave me a ride for $200 to buena park and that nothing else was covered. He ripped me off and still wanted $300 for overnight fee for the car. I was mortified. I was not from the area so he took advantage. I called E&C Towing and Evelyn was rude. I spoke with Carlos the manager and he hung up on me when I asked to speak with the business owner. Evelyn said she is the business owner and hung up on me. I am taking this matter to the customer reports for California. I will make sure that insurance companies dont call them for any services. Dear fellow customers, do not call them. They scam people. They take advange and lie. They might be prompt to pick up your car but they lie to you.
