The mechanic at the Toy Shop, Robert, is honest, skilled and really nice. He fixed an annoying misfire problem with my Pontiac Vibe (which is a Toyota Matrix that Pontiac put its name and a roof rack on). The GM dealer couldn't figure it out, Toyota dealers wouldn't touch it because it didn't say Toyota on it, and another mechanic claimed my computer chip was bad--and it would cost $1,000 to fix--and he couldn't guarantee it would fix the problem. I noticed the Toy Shop next to where I get my tires and thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did! Robert said my computer chip was fine and scoped healthy on his scan tool--which he set to a Toyota Matrix (could be why other mechanics scoping it as a Pontiac had so much trouble!). Robert fixed the problem I had been suffering with for months by giving me a proper tune up and exchanging my off-brand spark plugs with ones that belonged in a Matrix. thank u sound avenue for the recent system you guys installed in my boat sounds amazing ill be sure too let everyone in lake havasu city know who did this work. i recommend sound avenue too anyone over any shop not only do they do the best work they have the best customer service. you get what u pay for anywhere u go but at sound avenue you get best. they have done all of my vehicles even when i lived in las vegas i bought a brand new toyota tundra and drove it to cypress just too have sound avenue perform the work. highly recommended 7-26-11 ...read more
