Village Little Preschool

5.0

By Jinping Yang at Citysearch

I am so grateful that I discovered Village LIttle Preschool for my son earlier this year when my fmaily moved from Fremont to Cupertino! The teachers are very loving and nurturing. The program is fantasfic. The playground is very fun. My boy was so happy to go to school everyday! ! He made many good friends there. Now he is a kindergardener at a high-ranking public school. But he felt that he learned much more at Village Little than at this public school. He begged me many times to take him back to Village Little to visit his teachers and younger friends. I When I have more kids, I know where to send them for pre-school! from Weiming Zhou's mom ...read more

My child went to this school for 2 years age 3 to 5. When he finally went to his neighborhood school for kindergarten, within a few days we were advised to repeat his preschool as he was not prepared for kindergarten. Village little preschool had not prepared her for anything in kinderten. No English or math or reading skills. We are first time parents so did not know what to expect. But the teachers at the preschool should have warned us. Please don't ever send your kid to ths school. ...read more

Our kids have been going to Wonderland for the last 5 years and they really love it. They particularly enjoy the warm homey environment of the preschool and afterschool care despite the fact that the school is quite large as far as chinese schools go. Also, you cannot beat the large outdoor play area which is usually non-existent in most other similar school programs. We found out that most of the turnover was due to the economic downturn. \t\n\t\nMs Linda who has been the main preschool teacher there over the years, really helped our kids learch to speak Chinese due to her patience in building the preschool foundation. \t\n\t\nSo you can judge for yourself, wonderland is having their open house this Saturday, March 27 from 10-1pm and is offering good incentives for summer program signup. ...read more
