Miguel in Service came through for me when I really needed some repairs. Miguel persistently contacted the manufacture and fought to have them (Ducati) cover some work. Within a few days Miguel called me with some good news. Ducati agreed to stand behind their name and cover all the work. AS I WALKED INTO BERTS MEGA MALL, I KNEW WHAT I WAS AIMING FOR. IT WAS MY 2011 KAWASAKI KX 100. I HAD THREE GREAT GUYS THAT WERE GREAT!
