This place is simply a joke. They will tell you what you want to hear, promise the world, and then get your car in and have it sitting for weeks. If you begin asking why its taking so long, they will give you full of excuses thats your fault. Just look at the brothers who own it.... If you want the newest and latest, these guys know nothing about it except from what they may see on TV. \t\n\t\nTest my review: \t\nCall and ask for Steve. See how long you're on hold. \t\n\t\nGo in a couple times and see what cars are still in the shop. You will notice the same car(s) still there. \t\n\t\nAsk a customer who has had work done there....they will tell you that they are nice but take forever.\t\n\t\nAsk yourself,\t\nAm I there to find a friend or find a person to do good work on my car? ...read more

If you want rude and super slow service, cocky and argumentative auto center mgrs (Freddie and Joe), and want to be sold things you don't need, this is your place. Where to even begin? \t\n\t\nMy uncle was a sears auto center mgr for 20 years, and he can't believe the difficulty we've had. While i was in Albuquerque visiting him and my aunt, I got new tires at the auto center there. The very next day as I was driving home to CA I noticed it was pulling to the left. I called my uncle and he said it was radial pull and to take it to a sears by my house to get the front tires replaced cuz it's under warranty. \t\n\t\nI gave Sears auto center in costa mesa my keys and they were going to call me when it was done, but THREE hours later, when I finally called them, they said "oh yeah, it's done." Thanks for the notice. They then told me I needed an alignment (I just got one a few weeks before) and I needed new struts. I told them it was radial pull, and they said I would have to BUY new tires (even though they're under warranty) because they couldn't get the tires I had. \t\n\t\nTo make a REALLY REALLY long story short, we had to get TWO different district mgrs involved, and file a formal complaint to Sears TWICE; and after upteen phone calls to Sears in CM from my uncle, when my boyfriend took it FOUR weeks later to get the tires put on they were even rude to HIM. \t\n\t\nThe tires were the problem, because once they put them on, the pulling went away. And shocker, they never wiped down the tires when they were done. They were greasy and had fingerprints all over them.\t\n\t\nBad, bad, bad. My uncle said he'd never seen a sears auto center store that was so incompetent and rude.\t\n\t\nSave yourself! If you have to go to Sears, make sure it's NOT this one. ...read more
