the owners of this company are always looking for a way to keep the money for themselves. This includes installing old models, used or returned stock. The condition of the equipment is never divulged to the client. They also treat their employees and sub contractors extremely poorly. The woman owner is psychotic! Well - Been there twice. This store is in my neighborhood. First time that I was there - Adam was working and he was very helpful. Next time I went in with my husband and two other younger guys were working. Each one was checking out a customer. We waited 15 minutes patiently and the guys never acknowledged we were there (didn't even say hi). Not sure why it was taking 15 minutes to check out the other customers, but the guys weren't exactly hustling. We eventually left the store and not a word was said to us. Later that day, we ran into one of the customers who was there. The customer said it was so RUDE that they did not acknowledge that we were there. I agree. Sorry guys - but gotta say the customer service was terrible. I went to the Verizon store in Irvine Park Place instead and they will get my business from now on. ...read more
