Funny only positive reviews on other pages all mention not a RIP Off!!! Almost like they wrote the only positive reviews. BUYERS BEWARE!!!$700.00 later and 3 trips my car was never fixed. I went to Mercedes dealer and they got it right the first time. They are rude and unqualified or point blank a rip off im not sure which. There are other shops in the area take your car elsewhere unless you too want to be ripped off. I can promise you any car there for anything more complex than an oil change will not be repaired properly. They thru every sensor under the sun at the car but the problem was the manifold. There fix was reset check engine light and throw a few sensors a it. So they say but I highly doubt that was done even. Robert C ...read more

I've been having my cars repaired at Jim's for a number of years and have always been comfortable with their service and I really feel that Jim is trustworthy. When I thought I had to go to the dealership for a big repair, Jim advised me about what I should do and he saved me a great deal of money. I don't know if he's more expensive than other shops, as one reviewer said, but the confidence I have in this shop, and the fact that they always keep my car running, is very important to me.
