Called for warranty service and was referred to website; the website referred me to email. After one month of "games" (send receipt, original box, etc) no exchange or refund received or reply to email inquiry. We spent over $200 with this company! This company is ran by unprofessional, immature self centered people who scare me to think actually carry guns. Trust me people, save yourselves the hassle and find another company. I know this economy is bad, but does that mean we should be harassed by people like this?! They pay the same crappy wage if you're armed or unarmed . . .doesn't matter. And they'll lie about great benefits but don't be fooled! No benefits either! Plus they're so ghetto they won't mail your paychecks . . . even if you have direct deposit!!!
