Record every message & conversation because they do not do as stated for contract terms when paid in full & Kevin always has excuses for his screw ups and if you ask about a finished date that they do not do you will get a call from Rhonda telling you "finish your own island " and she cancels any products you have not received so she canceled my chairs and I had to pay a real licensed BBQ contractor to fix a lot of there errors beware there workers are from local labors for hire who have no experience do not waste your time find a professional licensed BBQ manufacture ...read more

They sell high end electronics. But their customer serive is very low end. The staff attitude is worst than anything I have experienced before. They don't answer their phone. If you leave message, ggod luck hearing back from them.\t\nI was give 4 hour window for the delivery. Driver called after 5 hours. I came home early after taking half day off from work. He was not appologetic at all. Instead of accomodating the next delivary they simply cancel the order.\t\nWith this customer service I will not be surprised If they will be out of business soon. \t\nI would not recommend them to anybody (not even to my enemies). ...read more
