I'm currently work on a home the the owners of it want to sell . In this market i was wondering what would make someone want spend more on this house versus a new home . So here are some of the thing that the realitor ask me to do because the property is a corner lot trim all the trees up nicely there palms about 15 to 20 ft high and then some little one , Clean everything on the inside and wash window inside and out . Give the ceiling a fresh coat of paint and touch up , repair all walls and match exsiting paint on walls . Complete granite counter top which needed to be removed cabinet support need to be adjusted and then top place and secured to cabinet . Replace bedroom doors and bathroom doors all together about 10 days of work . Do you believed that these people will see a good return on this home they lived in is for about 11 year .
