Casa Serena offers Summer Teen Eating Disorders program

SERENA EATING DISORDERS PROGRAM is happy to announce that we are going to offer a Teen Summer Intensive Outpatient program. We are offering the program for female and male teenagers 14-17 years of age who are suffering from Anorexia, Bulimia and Binge Eating Disorders.   If you know of a teenager who is struggling and needs a more intensive intervention to help them get on the path of recovery please consider Casa Serena.    When:June 20th to August 11th -- 8 week module  -- Monday through Thursday  is set aside for individual and dietary sessions.   The Program will provide 2 groups and a lunch meal each day, along with Individual, Family and Dietary therapy sessions. We also offer a Multi- Family Therapy group Wednesday evening fromthat is included in the overall treatment plan.   The groups include: Daily Goals and Contracts Nutrition Education DBT Skills Group Interpersonal Therapy Group Yoga and Mindfulness Training Body Image Group Relationships and Family Issues Life Skills Class Expressive Arts/Drama Therapy     Meal Group Each Day--One day we prepare the food or go on an outing to arestaurant. The other days the meals are brought in through a catering service.   A full Intake evaluation is done at admission to develop an individualized treatment plan for each client. The Program is covered under most insurance programs and we have a private pay option as well.   We are located in.
