The location has changed to Concord in an obscure industrial park, but the beer is better than ever. They make a very nice true Bavarian style Hefe and the Amber is very good also; complex malt flavors with subtle hop undertones. The IPA is stellar, it's really of the best ones out there; very balanced -the hops let you know it's an IPA- but unlike so many of the other West Coast IPAs, the malt flavors are not overpowered by its hoppiness. It's a tremendous beer. The Pale was clean and tasty but didn't quite reach the level of the rest. The other standout was the Belgian Blonde; super smooth and balanced with very unique flavors, the hop aroma and flavor were really rich and yet blended perfectly with the light clean maltiness. This is one of the best beers I've ever tasted. I can't say enough about how clean and balanced all the beers are, the brewer said they strive for balance and he seems to be nailing it.
