Okay so I took my car here because it is brand new and still under warranty. I figured because it was a dealers collison center I couldn't go wrong right?! Wrong terribly wrong! I took my car after being rearended by a careless driver, they did the job for what the insurance estimated it to be, which was great because they aren't part of the State Farm Network so I didn't pay anything out of pocket. I took my car in on a Monday and i recieved a call Friday afternoon stateing that at upon removal of my bumper they found other damaged parts...after stateing they were going to need to fix the other part the person on the otherline said "We will also be repainting the bumper because it was a bad job, It should be ready for pick up Monday." I picked it up Monday and before leaving i inspected the car and I came to find the paint job was not only bad because it was so thick but they had over painted it so you could see how the paint ran down the bumper due to gravity, there was fabric stuck to one corner as if someone tryed to clean it off and there were white spots(car is Black) and what looked like air bubble through out; needless to say I made them aware and 2nd time around job was the same, paint is too thick it's not a clean job!
