Wow, Kim was great with Dulce and Luna who were not happy kitties due to a flea infestation. I tried a number of products before finding Kim and she came in on a Sunday to give the critters a flea bath, with special Yucca shampoo that made them smell clean, fresh, and soft. I Fogged the house and trotted them over there, picked them up a couple of hours later and the piece de resistance was the Halloween kerchiefs around both their necks. Too friggen adorable. So I am not scratching, they were dry and happy when I picked them up and slept all afternoon after their adventure. It is 11 pm and they just came alive. Kim is great, her baby adorable, and I gave her 4 starts for service, punctuality, friendliness and professionalism. She loses a point for lack of a better sign to SCREAM that she does what she does so well. I highly recommend her for all our four-footed friends.
