I hired Raylene Ruhl, with Personal Touch Accounting Services for both my personal and business accounts. Since October, I have made numerous attempts to find out status of my accounts and accounting activities. I call her and she states that she will call me back and never does. She repeatedly is unavailable on her cell phone and never returns voicemails. She schedules appointments with you and does not show up to them or tell you that she needs to reschedule. I called her to inform her that I wanted my paperwork back from her . I demanded the paperwork and she proceeded to tell me she needed payment, $350, for all the "work" she had done. I explained that I would not pay her until I received the work she had done. She demanded payment before she released my financial paperwork. I gave her a check for $350 and I received my original paperwork back from her and nothing else. ...read more
