Do not trust this individual! Ms. Proctor used to be an employee with thye department of health and services, otherwise known as cps. Ms. Proctor gets her steady stream of clients from referals from this agency. She will lie to keep her regular paycheck and wil think nothing of it. I obtained the services of Ms. Proctor approx. 2 years ago. With Ms. Proctor, you will need a lifetime of treatment! She is more concerned into making you feel as though you will never accomplish anything so that she can keep your money flowing in straight to her pocket. Be careful what you say with this woman! She was once a social worker with the department of health and human services and still has ties with the organization. Your children in foster care is job security for Ms. Proctor.
