Had our t.v. DM Module replace 11-15-2009, same problem happened this week. Once tech found out it was a warranty repair (receipt states that all repairs have a 4 year warranty) he did not show for appointment time and after leaving 5 messages with no return call I am left with having to call a new repairman and reporting this business to BBB. ...read more
