When I dropped off my car, the free shuttle service home was in MY car. It had coolant and was at normal temp when I was dropped off at home. The next day I was told the radiator had a big piece missing out of the top and it had to be replaced. This and a new valve cover gasket would cost $900.00. When all the repairs were done I was then told it had a blown head gasket, another $2,000.00 min. Having just the month before paid $300.00 to pass smog and another $300.00 for a new starter. I was told it wasn't worth the effort and exspence and to buy another car. They removed the new radiator and put the old one back to reduce my bill to $317.00. I was told I could drive it home if they filled the radiator, it would be just fine. I had it towed. I wish I had tried to drive it home, then they would have had to at the very laeast watch as tthe unattached fan housing, the bottom of which was behind and through the fan, tore the motor apart and see the water pour out of the entire length of the top of the radiator.!!! When I took the car in the radiater was fine. They were responsible for the blown head gasket. They trashed the radiator, and told me it was ok to drive home. They destroyed my car, and they knew it , and they couldnt have cared less. ...read more

I took my new (23 year old!) Mazda to Miracle, and that's what they performed. My old car looks like new. Everything that needed to be done was carefully explained, and the pricing was very reasonable.
