I have been using both the Internet and Lisa at McGinnis Travel for my travels to Europe and the USA. Apart from the prices being comparable (sometime better with Lisa), in the past I had two separate medical emergencies which forced me to change my travel plans. With Lisa, I got almost full refund on my tickets. With the Internet I got a much smaller percentage.
