David is such a pleasant person to work with. Very courteous and knowledgeable but he doesn't 'talk over your head' to impress you about the electronics. He was patient in teaching me how everything works before he left and was available for follow up questions when I had them. I am totally in love with the products I bought from him. It would have taken me months of research to find the quality of my new system - or I would have bought from one of those stores that will sell you anything even if it's not what you really need. They came to our home an provided a consultation, sold us all the equipment, and installed it. Afterwards they trained the whole family on how to use our new system.
