Top American Restaurants in Campbell, CA

The burgers are chargrilled & very tasty - the fried "munchers" are yummy onion straws - fries (frunchers) are not that good though. Atmosphere is grimy, but food is very good if you like grease !Read More…

Taco Bravo

After five beers and five shots, Taco Bravo is the final destination in Campbell before calling it a night. Taco Bravo attracts the oddest crowd but develops the best of stories to tell. When the bars close, all the drunks wander here for a late night meal. \t\n\t\nThe food is good when sober but its the best meal ever when you're intoxicated. The staff is a diverse yet the most unusual bunch of colorful characters that will not be seen at any other eatery. For first timers, the ""Super Nacho"" is the most recommended meal. \t\n\t\nIf you don't have an interesting Taco Bravo story than you did not have a proper experience. Its better to go with friends and 5 beers than alone and sober. ...read more

I just want to thank all the supporters and say screw you to all the haters. We are tired of all you ungrateful people talking garbage and being rude when we bend over backwards and give it to you faster than anyone else. What you guys dont realize is the more garbage you talk the less food you get and the more lettuce you get. Try being nicer and more respectful next time and you will get alot better food next time. We wont take your garbage we will talk garbage back. BOLDLY. We give everyone a chance to be cool but it's when you act stupid and ignorant is when our attitude changes and you don't get nothing from us. (RESPECT) Give some get some. Give none get none!!!!!! GET IT ...read more

Hooters

I was very happy to see the classic "stacked and packed" -- ahem -- menu and cute waitress restaurant come to the South Bay. The management is very professional and almost all the shift managers are from others out of town to get this one working. \t\n\t\nThey are still in their first year and IMO, still breaking in the place with the local crowd. They are following the standard corporate playbook but still trying to find out what page gets the most yardage in this town. The food is everything from a very healthy Cobb Salad to a heart attack double cheeseburger ad a full bar to boot! While they do have a kids menu, I would not recommend this place for kids. Way to noisy and crowded most times. \t\n\t\nThen there are the girls.\t\n\t\nThe local crop of girls working at Campbell is definitely not southern lady trained to make a good H-girl. From this, I see the lack the poise and grace that has always faulted in west coast everyone-from-somewhere-else culture. Put some bounce in your step girls! \t\n\t\nFrom that, it leaves the girls a bit confused, taking things a bit too personal and overall stiff from the beginning of customer approach. I assume this is from the ladies getting asked out from all the sugar daddies that compose parts of Silicon Valley. If they have any sort of Charm School for H-Girls, get these ladies trained before they work the tables please!\t\n\t\nI find a good ice breaker to talk with one of the H-girls at this store is "So how many times you get asked out today and what was the best line?" I have been given some free drinks and sides from some girls so they can finally relax in front of someone that isn't interested in taking them into the back seat of their car in the parking lot. ...read more
