The Worst! Employees at these place are so inept and unprofessional- especially when it comes to making contracts to rent PMB's (Personal Maix Boxes) to people. First, they do not give you a Key when you first buy de PMB; Second, they tell you that you have to wait until you get your first piece of mal- to get a key- which needs to be made just for you. What if you do not get a piece of mail for weeks? you do not get a key? The minute you sign this contract and pay for it you should immediately get a key. You should have access to the mail box that has been asigned to you and paid by you, right away.
