I called an they told me they could repair my LCD TV screen (cracked) and that they would need a $50 deposit. I took it in and they told me that the $50 was non-refundable but no problem, they would get it fixed. They completely failed. After many calls by me, they eventually called with a solution, but the repair would cost THE SAME PRICE AS A NEW TV (plus the $50 they would keep). I said no way and demanded my money back.
