I too hired Mr. Cotrel to take care of a simple case and after pushing the court date of for months I decided to call and talk with him about his actions. When he didn't remember my name or case I knew I was in trouble so I fired him and hired another lawyer who has had to clean up his mess and try to work with the DA he upset. ...read more

I am very much dissapointed with Mr Cortel's performance. He stated he had a very good chance to beat my husband's ticket (lane violation). Instead, he failed to talk to District Attorney and change the this ticket to 0 pointer. He did not enform us about the fact that he is not able to come to an agreement with DA and he did not postpone the court date either so that we could find another professional to fight this ticket.
