Stay away from this place- a "human warehouse". My partner has been there for four days and has not seen a doctor yet. His physical therapy is group therapy and there is no "treatment plan". At 6:30 p.m. there was no receptionist and no sign in sheet so I went upstairs with his dog after making sure his dog was going to be allowed into the patio area and at a nurse’s station I was greeted by the black version of Nurse Ratchett who informed me the dog was not allowed on the floor. The policy is that the patient is brought to the entrance reception area and the dog and the patient can visit there but Nurse Ratchett (Dorothy) didn’t share this info with me. She was more like the Wicked Witch of the East. His gown looked like it was 40 years old. This place is pure chaos. I brought him back to the second floor because there was nobody downstairs that could bring him back up. I flagged down a staff person and asked her to bring him back to his room.
