I went in to mail a check through UPS. They were friendly when I was in the store, but a few days later I checked the tracking number to see if my letter was received and found out that it was never sent! I called the mail center to get to the bottom of this. They took my name and number and never called me back! How rude! ...read more

I paid for a FedEx 2-day shipping and handed the attendant my neatly hand-printed address in an envelope I had prepared a few days before so I was sure the address was correct.The attendant made a typo when inputting the address and my package never got delivered. It's been a week of various visits where he won't claim responsibility for his mistake and I can't even get my package back. Avoid at all costs! ...read more
