Visited in Nov. 2009, while driving from San Simeon to Las Vegas. "Accidently" went off the highway for a lunch. Picked a random restaurant, which luckily happens to be Domingo's. We were so surprised by the friendly staff and delicious meal (especially the enchelada's) and the story about the NASA astronauts who happen to have dinner at the same restaurant.
