Incredible!\t\n\t\nI booked an online reservation and was so swamped before I left, that it wasn't until I was up in the air on my flight that I realized I NEVER CALLED TO CONFIRM! Ah! My reservation could be lost in cyber space! Even worse when I landed my phone wouldn't turn on... thankfully... there he was! Our driver right there next to the luggage belt with my name on a sign. Chatty while we waited for our luggage, I asked him for some restaurant suggestions, and he was super helpful!!! \t\n\t\nReturn trip same thing... got caught up in the LA fun life and forgot to call to confirm! Was being picked up at 6:30am, early wake up call! Everything turned out fine though... he called me and let me know promptly that he was on the side entrance.\t\n\t\nWould do business again!
