I tried to book this company via their online booking form, calling them (always get voicemail) and contacing them via email. I work as an assistant to a well established law firm and they have never responded to any of my phone calls or emails, etc. I have since left them a message to cancel and contacted another court reporting company in California and they responded within 5 minutes and we are booked and ready to go. I am left troubled by Reporters Unlimited. Anyone know of this company?? Or more importantly, why they ignore potential clients? ...read more
