WithARTAnow underway, our programme has been designed so that it reflects transparency be competitive for the best restaurant and takeaway to win. ARTA asked the public to vote for their favourite restaurant or business and see them awarded on the 30th of September at our gala award event held at the 02 Intercontinental in London. ARTA’s initial voting opened on Wednesday 10th of January and asks members of the public to decide on what they think is the best curry house. This is done by capturing the unique thoughts of consumers up and down the country, and it was a great chance for anyone to step up and support their favourite locally-owned store and contribute to the scoring and assessment of the nominee. The shortlist from the nominations has been announced and a series of regional events are poised to take place at academic institutions throughout the UK – including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
