Two days before heading out to a conference that I was organizing in July, speakers for the opening program changed their minds about the materials they would be using for the program. This meant that all the materials we had printed for the session would no longer be valid. A conference organizer's nightmare! But, I knew were to go because Minuteman has always provided us with excellent service. This time, I needed a quicker turn-around than usual. Minuteman staff saved the day and I was off to the conference knowing the materials would be waiting for me in Monterey. They were, the speakes were thrilled and I was relieved. Minute Man Press is a great place to start for almost any print job. In fact they are a good place to go for advice before beginning a design project. They know the best route to go when it comes to details about files, papers, inks, fullfillment, etc., which means the final product is flawless. Their customer service and turnaround are great and their pricing is competitive. I highly recommend calling Fred Fassett, Debbie, or Cynthia at Minute Man. I would discourage anybody from using this business.\t\n\t\nI stop by to inquire about a price quote for signs on my truck and told them my budget. Sure, they promised anything to just get the job.\t\n\t\nThe problems came after that. Not only I they made me wait to cut the letters for signs for almost two month, but they didn't show up for the first appointment to install the signs at all. They came late to the second one. They charged me for two hours implementation even not only it was hardly two hours, but also they did a miserable job.\t\n\t\nAnd than the best, even they never communicated the "new price", and I kept stressing that the price cannot exceed my budget, they charged me 50% more than originally agreed upon.\t\n\t\nSo, again, those guys don't deserve your business.\t\n ...read more
