One star is too good for this place. They use pushy sales tactics to get your money. They are dishonest and greedy. They don't care about customer satisfaction one bit. They pressured me into pre-paying for contact lenses I wasn't sure I was even going to like because they were on sale. After I tried the contacts, they irritated my eyes badly so naturally I wanted my money back, which I should've received because I never even ordered any contacts!! But they were rude and unhelpful and wouldn't give me a refund on something I never even ordered or received. Are you kidding me?? BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU GIVES THEM AN F RATING....explains it all.
